Monday morning is for setting in motion all my adult responsibilities (while I make notes on my novel and think of this fashion blog). So I chose the Michael Kors black snd gray wool skirt bordered with lace and the Jil Sanders black T-shirt I had bought Saturday at Clothes Heaven, my favorite consignment store which is located in Old Pasadena. My Wolford tights need washing so I opened a drawer of forgotten Calvin Klein Nylons (less expensive than the Wolford and put them on to see if CK compared in comfort). Then my black suede Manolo Blahniks which are feminine and comfortable. Then I tried on numerous leather jackets, cardigans, and even a lace coverup but in the end I resorted to an Hermès shawl. Finally, ready to face my “to do list “!
