Shiny patent leather short boots (bought last year in Paris) pair with black tights

A colorful v-neck sweater paired with a blue skit skirt sang out spring, but the shiny short boots made the outfit lighter and more fun. A little cold and wet isn’t going to send me back into a heavy winter coat.

This green jacket is lined against the cold, but isn’t heavy like a coat. The red scarf added warmth to the neck.
