Brought my son to the Rome airport for him to fly to Berlin. Exchanged my rental Fiat for a more affordable rental Jeep (both automatic). The new Jeep has fancy software; I used the navigation system to drive around Rome. I found a free parking space on the street near Villa Borghese, let my car like a local, and set off walking in Sketcher rubber soled shoes with a pretty ribbon for laces; AG boyfriend jeans, an Hermes scarf as a belt, and a Majestic Filatures tank tshirt. My children are both now enrolled in university and I thus begins another stage of life for me. I miss my kids like crazy but now they are adults and I am so proud of them for getting on planes and traveling. But now what for me the mama??? First stop? Get my hair done!
