We shopped a few outlet centers in Italy yesterday. It is mid-August, the month after all the sales begin. Deals seemed limited. However, the prices on handbags and shoes are a good value over what we pay in the United States. The two busiest stores appeared to be Prada and Gucci. Both retailers seem to offer a selection of discreet and classic purses and shoes.
