Hopefully we have just one more day of the Umbrian heatwave. This sweet lace dress by Joie is both cool and feminine. Claudia, my partner in all things fashion, directs the poses and takes the photos and hopefully you are getting a good idea of the terrific nature of this lace dress. And for fun, we added some movement with the Hermès Kelly bag which carries my computer, iPad, phone, wallet, and notebooks! The handbag may look heavy — and can be if held just by the handle — but the genius here is the strong strap which holds everything f in place over the shoulder. And the shoes? A discreet pair of Chanel ballet flats which I bought secondhand at a consignment store — which are as comfortable walking as I had read about many years ago.
