Tom Ford’s silk black blouse — with long sleeves, zippers at the wrist, mesh on the shoulder and sleeves and a perfect torso drape — is the most elegant, discreet blouse I have ever worn.

 This blouse was paired with Ford’s leather trimmed wool mid-thigh skirt (lined in silk) and I now have my favorite business outfit.

I added Wolford tights and Manolo Blahnik scalloped suede pumps:

The outfit could be accessorize with either a pashmina or scarf (I chose Hermès scarves for the print and depth of color):
